Drinking Water Quality Report For Calendar Year 2012
We are pleased to present to you this year’s water quality report. Our constant goal is to provide you with a safe and dependable supply of drinking water. *Statement mailing* The city mails utility bills via first class mail through a third party. (We are working on being able to do our own in-house billing). The city makes every effort to ensure that the mailings provide that the customers receive their statements by the 5th of the month.
*Due Date* Utility bills are due upon receipt. Utility bills not paid by the 15th of each month will have a ten (10) day grace period. Final date to pay utility bill is on the 25th of the month by 5:00 p.m. Any late payment will incur a fee of $15.00 and disconnect and reconnect fees may be incurred.
*Payment Method* The city accepts cash, check or credit/debit payments in person at The City Administration Building, there is a drop box and a drive-up window on the south-side of building (see hours of operation). Credit/debit paryments can be made over the phone. You can also make check or credit/debit payments in the mail (by returning the top portion of your bill with the proper information filled out).
